About our technical center |

The technical center of Xinfang company,founded
in 1998,is a special institution which integrates R&D
dept.,technical dept.,product design dept.,lab and product
marketing research office. The center includes three departments—R&D
office , science &technology management office,and technology
introducing office.
Now there are 182 employees,72 of whom possess high and medium
certification, and 47of which are assistant engineers,technicians,and
the deputy general manager acts as the president of the center
.The center has very good R&D and experiment facilities
and cooperates with colleges and R&D institutions to develop
advanced products.
Since founded in 1998,the center has made great progress and
is regarded as an advanced technical center in our province.
First, the center set high efficiency , construction, next
,the center made a medium and long R&D development plan,t
hird since founded ,the center have developed many eco-friendly
and functional products. What’s more, this center has successively
completed a technology transformation project that cost 200
million yuan. A high-grade garment fabric product line and
a high-level denim product line have been imported from overseas,
which is a strong technical support and quality guarantee
for the further development of hi-tech products.
The company have established the relationship of cutivating
talents and select the promising technicians to receive training
. Recently,we have cultivated over 480 technician,and 44persons
to pass exam to get the bachelor degree of texture management
of Donghua University. Now 3persons are studying to get master
degree. Meanwhile, we have sent one persons to go aboard for
advanced knowledge. |
