South Textile Plant
There are 65100 spindles, 1200 rotor spinnings,6 sets of AUTOKO-240
rotor spinning machines, 4 sets of AUTOCOKO-288 rotor spinning
machines, 6 sets of AUTOKO-312 rotor spinning machines in
South Textile Plant. As for former spinning, we have 2 sets
of DK903 combing machines made in Germany, 1 set of national
combing machine, 11 sets of FA306 drawing frames, 6 sets of
FA313 drawing frames, 2 sets of FA322 adjustable drawing frames
engaging in producing 5.5-16-count OE yarns, 20s knitted yarns,
7.5s slubbed yarns with an annual output of 19200 tons. There
are 1802 sets of shuttle weaving machines including 398 sets
of 75" weaving machines producing 37200 tons of cotton
yarns, 66 million meters of cotton fabrics per year. This
plant specializes in J60,J40 combed high-grade yarn-dyed yarns,
47"21/2 canvas, 63" stretch fabrics, and various
pure cotton and blended grey goods of 47"、63" yarn
khaki, in which 47"21/2 x 10 7240 & 32/2 x 16 9448
canvas enjoys a good name in market. |
North Textile Plant
It has 2 sets imported combing product lines, 80000 spindles,
192 sets of non-shuttle weaving machines with an annual output
of 130000 tons of yarns and 23 million meters of cloth. The
quality of all its products reaches above 25% regulated by
Wuster Communiqué. Its main products are : 1. polyurethane
core-spun yarns 2. combed cotton knotless yarns 3. slubbed
yarns 4. generally combed cotton knotless yarns 5. elastic
cloth ( twill, satin, yarn khaki, canvas etc.) and cotton
cross-stripped cloth . |
Colored Weaving Plant
Our colored weaving plant engaging in the innovation and manufacturing
of middle/high-grade yarn-dyed fabrics and denim is the largest
yarn-dyed fabric MFG base. There are 19 sets of HK Lixin made
yarn package dyeing machines, 4 sets of spin-driers and drying
machines, 4 sets of German sizing-yarn machines, 160 sets
of super rapier looms made in Italy, 112 sets of Belgium rapier
looms. The fabrics it makes are anti-crease, anti-electrostatic,
anti-UV, and eco-friendly. Its annual output is 10 million
meters of yarn-dyed cloth, 13.6 million meters of denim, 12
million meters of all kinds of grey goods of which above 98%
are exported to US, Japan, Germany, Australia, South Korea,
Singapore, HK and Macao etc.. 50 x 50 soybean fibres, cotton/flax
blended fabrics, oxford cloth, yarn-dyed stretch cloth, slubbed
stretch cloth and Mitong fabrics are its main products. |
Our power plant
There are 2 10000V high-pressure sub-stations, 7 500V low-pressure
sub-stations, 2 inner circulating sulfuration boilers, 5 chain
furnaces, 2 refrigeration stations, 3 reservoirs, 25 deep
wells and 2 non –pressure stations here. |
Huifeng Company
Huifeng Company presently has 416 sets of weaving machines
specializing in producing all kinds of bed sheets for domestic
and foreign trade and cutting towels and bathrobes in various
specifications. |
